New Clients: thirty minutes is sometimes how long our first meeting requires before you are getting on the table for hands on bodywork. Intake forms prepared before you arrive helps expedite our meet, greet and begin learning your stories. No one is asked to take clothes off for this work. Comfortable, loose fitting, and stretchable styles is preferred.short sleeves is preferred as well. after our session begins the clock begins. So plan on and approximate hour even for the thirty minute session.
  • Ninety minute Session $150
This begins to give us a more comprehensive exploration as well as a more complete opportunity to listen to your body give its feedback for both of us to contemplate and consider direction that fits with your plans/needs. Also understand the time allowed for this appointment as with every session requires both a beginning and and and ending dialogue. This is for both of us. It ensures we both understand each other as well as we both consider the communication your body can give us. Especially when we take the time to use muscle testing to assure the body we are considering its priorities and acknowledging its needs and capabilities. Occassionally we want to move the body more quickly than it can accommodate its ability for change with it's feedback we check by muscle testing.
  • Two Hour Sessions $200
The length of time of any session is estimated. There is not ticking clock unless you require fitting your bodywork within previously scheduled life demands. We all have those from time to time. Plus this note is to reassure everyone independent of the amount of time we both are planning to be working together; the body has its functions and needs. Hydration is important and also demands trading in used water from time to time. These functions enable all life. And once again, our body lets us know it has needs, and that is factored into the overall treatment time. IT is our agreement to respect each others biological necessities that benefit everyone. And if it makes you more comfortable, we definitely can use a timer to insure everyone concerned that you are getting all of your expectations for what you are paying for delivered.
